Day 6:

Today I have worked from 15h to 24h.

I have done the dishwashing. I have cleaned the floor, the deep fryer, and a big pot.

Then my partner Mike has shown me how to cut the lamb carret. I have cleaned the fat and then I have cut ten lamb carrets in cutlet. Later I have put them to marinate.

In the morning I have taken a walk in the city.
