At 10 o’clock we have had a little interview with the chef. He has assigned us many jobs.
I have made zucchini with ratatouille, have cut and emptied cucumber and have filled them with cream cheese, minced chive (cebollino) and herbs. Then I have cut onions and potatoes, and have peeled garlics and white asparagus.
Ok...and What's up?, How do toy feel?, are you happy with your work?, Do you understand the Chef instructions?
