Day 15:

I have begun assembling trays for breakfast and buffet. Next I have cut onions, parsley and aubergines to prepare aubergines stuffed. We have put the biscuits on the trays and I have sprinkled them with powder sugar.

In the kitchen “a la carte” I have made a chutney of mango (mango in small dices, chili, white wine, puree of mango and salt).

I have helped with the “mise en place” peeling potatoes and king shrimps, refilling glasses with sauces, and cutting lettuces and tomatoes.

I have assembled Cesar salads (with shrimps, with chicken, with roast beef), have fried potatoes, have made sandwiches. Later I have helped to clean the kitchen.
