Day 8:

Today I have begun making “Maiskuchen” in German, corn cakes in English. This is a mixture of potato with corn, and I have fried them in circle form. Later I have assembled the corn cakes with salmon flowers and some cheese mixed with herbs in small dishes . I have helped to assemble other appetizers.

 

In the kitchen “a la carte” I have help with the assembly. My partner Sara has given instructions to make salads and to assemble dishes. I have cut potatoes with the bacon slicer in slim slices and then I have fried them.
