Day 45 (14-8-2014):

My partner and I have said goodbay to the front office staff.
The experience has been wonderful.

 Hello Madrid !!

Day 44 (13-08-2014):

Today was the last day in the kitchen of Melia Düsseldorf.
I have been preparing different appetizers and desserts for a just married couple.

At the end of the day, my partner and I have said goodbye to all the staff and we have given thanks for the wonderful treatment we received.

 

Day 43 (12-08-2014):

I have helped to Frau Kuntche with the antipasti of brunch and others appetizers. I have prepared salads for staff and for lunch. In the pastry I have finish the Melba dessert. Later I have assembled dessert for VIP customers.

 

Day 38 (7-8-2014):

I have began making pfannkuchen, some of them with bacon and some with apples. Pfannkuchen is similar to pancake. Later I have helped my partner Pascal. From that moment on everything went wrong. I didn’t understand Pascal. I have ordered my partner to tell me simple sentences, but he was angry with me, he has striked the worktop and has shouted and then he has cried. At this moment I have felt awful. I have called my partner Enrique to take responsibility for Pascal.
